The Speed ​​Jump Rope consists of a 360° swivel joint and a double ball bearing. In addition, the aluminum handles are light and non-slip. The cable is covered and therefore also suitable for rougher surfaces. A bag is included.

The plastic-coated steel wire is 3mm thick and therefore offers an optimal compromise between flexibility and dimensional stability. You can adjust the cable to any body size with little effort using two locking screws. You can then cut off the excess part with pliers. (see below)

Adjust cable length correctly:

1. Loosen both screws at the cable ends by hand
2. Stand with one foot on the cable
3. Pull the cable straight and position both handles up to armpit height
4. Tighten the screws by hand and, if necessary, tighten them a little more with a screwdriver
5. Cut off the excess cable with pliers (it is better to leave a few cm left at the beginning in case it is too short)
