With the Pro Speed Jump Rope you are perfectly equipped for your next workout. The 360° swivel joint with double ball bearing system allows you to achieve efficient spin. In addition, the aluminum handles are light and non-slip. The cable is covered and therefore also suitable for rougher surfaces.
The plastic-coated steel wire is 3mm thick and therefore offers an optimal compromise between flexibility and dimensional stability. With the included Allen key you can adjust the cable to any body size with little effort. You can then cut off the excess part with pliers. (see below)
Included is a bag, an Allen key for adjusting the length (see below), and a spare cable. This speed rope ensures energy efficiency and smooth rotation of the rope.

Adjust cable length correctly:
Loosen a handle with the supplied Allen key
Stand with one foot on the cable
Pull the cable straight and position both handles up to armpit height
Tighten both handles with the supplied Allen key
Cut off the excess cable with pliers (it is better to leave a few cm left at the beginning in case it is too short)
